Help us to offer lifelong support to the Royal Marines Family.
Despite the withdrawal from Afghanistan, the Royal Marines remain deployed on duty serving the nation around the globe 365 days a year – whether on anti-piracy duties, protecting the nuclear deterrent, guarding embassies, or on Special Forces operations. The Royal Marines form 47% of UK Special Forces personnel and have won 211 national-level gallantry and meritorious service awards, including 25% of all gallantry awards made during the Afghan campaign.
As a growing charity, we have a range of exciting job opportunities, with each playing a pivotal part in helping us to achieve our mission.
Realise your potential
Our aim is to help our staff to develop and improve their skills and knowledge so that they grow professionally and personally and contribute to achieving our goals. RMA – The Royal Marines Charity is a forces-friendly employer and has proudly signed the Armed Forces Covenant. The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise by the nation ensuring that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly.
