Guildhall Dinner raises over £870,000
On Thursday 18th November, our flagship Guildhall Dinner took place in London, raising over £835,000 for RMA – The Royal Marines Charity, with pledges of support still coming in.
The Corps Family supporting Sean Ivey
Sean Ivey was discharged from the Royal Marines in 2016. In March 2021, after confronting youths about anti-social behaviour, Sean’s house was firebombed, and he and his family had to flee for their lives in the middle of the night.
Mountbatten Festival of Music 2022
The Mountbatten Festival of Music returns, featuring the Massed Bands of Her Majesty’s Royal Marines, performing over two nights at the Royal Albert Hall including a Saturday matinee performance.
Virgin Money Giving – Closing Infomation
Virgin Money Giving (VMG) has made the decision to close later this year. A subsidiary of Virgin Money, VMG was created 12 years ago when Virgin Money began its sponsorship of the London Marathon. This year the sponsorship comes to an end. As a result, VMG will stop operating on 30 November 2021 following the 2021 race in October.

Supporting a Royal Marine Veteran into long-term employment
On leaving the Corps, Neil took up a role as a Military Contract Officer in the United Arab Emirates. Following 8 years in the role, Neil left to pursue other opportunities and whilst Neil found these interesting and varied, however, these were mostly short-term in nature.
Royal Marines Support Network Officer Training
Hosted at the state-of-the-art Gordon Messenger Centre, the newly written workshop was co-delivered by Moor Mindful, who specialise in providing coaching and expert training to enhance understanding of mental health and wellbeing, alongside staff from the RMA.
