Rob left the Corps in 2019 as a Sgt. Since leaving he has worked at Jacobs a 60,000 strong global company. His role sees him grow the talent pool for Jacobs via the employment of service leavers, veterans and spouses.
He is tasked with internal growth and business development for the company. He also has the ability to advise, and connect RM’s to wider industry via a closed book supply chain.
