RMA – The Royal Marines Charity is supporting beneficiaries by nominating them to participate in the games, assisting their recovery and rehabilitation.
RMA – The Royal Marines Charity are pleased to announce a 2 year funding agreement with The National Lottery Community Fund England.
Today marks the launch of Mental Health Awareness Week, the UK’s national week to raise awareness of mental health.
The week, which is hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, is in its 22nd year and runs from 9-15 May.
RMA – The Royal Marines Charity recently funded a ski-therapy trip to Chamonix, France. The aim of the project is to continue the recovery of wounded, injured or sick Royal Marines in a challenging environment, participating in various snow sports, to learn or develop their skiing or boarding to assist their recovery, with the guidance of expert instructors.
NHS England has launched a survey to find out people’s views and experiences of veterans’ mental and physical health services. The information gathered will be used to help inform the development and provision of these services in the future.

In conjunction with the Support Officer, RMA – The Royal Marines Charity were able to identify suitable medical transport that would enable Robin to make the move to his daughters’ property, with a grant awarded to help cover the cost of medical transportation as well as future care costs.
